Dee is an experienced Realtor with more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry including sales, marketing and property management to provide clients with a full scope of service and a true understanding of client needs. Dee takes the time to listen and understand her clients needs. She is experienced in Seller Representation and Home Staging, Buyer Representation, and Investment Opportunities. Dee is licensed in FL and AL and is happy to represent Buyers and Sellers along the northern Gulf Coast in both AL and FL.
Dee and her husband, Patrick make their home in scenic Perdido Key with their Australian Shepherd, Zoe. In her spare time, Dee enjoys reading, hiking or biking in the many nature trails and parks in the area and of course enjoying the sugar white beaches of Perdido Key.
Dee and her husband have purchased and sold multiple investment properties in Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and in Colorado since 2010. Dee continues to self manage both local and remote investment properties. Her own experiences working with realtors for out of state purchases/sales has led her to fully understand the needs of investment clients and their expectations of the realtor representing them.
